Important Announcements

Are you ready for our new uniform?

If you still need to order your new uniform for September please hand your order form in to the school office.  We will process your order as quickly as possible however it is unlikely that these will now be delivered in time for end of term.

ParentPay

You should have received a letter advising of our switch to ParentPay for paying dinner money.  This system will be a great asset to the school as we make the transition to a cashless operation. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the School Office, who will all be happy to help.

Welcome to Brentnall Community Primary School

Thank you for taking the time to look at our school website.matt

I am Matt Thompson, Headteacher of Brentnall Primary School. I joined the school in September 2014 as Headteacher and feel myself privileged to work in such a supportive and warm school where children are at the centre of everything we do.
My philosophy is that all children deserve the best possible start to their life and this is what the staff at Brentnall aim to achieve. Everyone in our school belongs to and is a part of our happy and caring ‘school community’.

Successful education is all about working together and we welcome parental and community involvement in every aspect of what we do. There is always a welcome at school for every parent to share in all aspects of your child’s development.

At Brentnall we value every child and encourage them all to develop socially, emotionally, academically and physically to achieve his / her full potential in every aspect of their school life. We aim for all of the children to leave Brentnall as life- long learners who have academic skills and emotional resilience to take on any challenge that 21st Century life offers them. Your school days are meant to be the best days of your life and we strive to make this a reality for the children who come to our school.

We have 3 core values at Brentnall. They are; We learn, we respect and we succeed. These values underpin all aspects of school life. We hope that you will share with us our values to be the best we can be for all of our children and look forward to working with yourselves and your children for many years to come!
If you would like to know more about school life, then please contact us to arrange a visit to the school where myself or one of my staff will be happy to show you round and answer any questions you may have.

Best wishes,
Matt Thompson
